Brainz provides supplemental nurse staffing solutions to long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals and Home Healthcare agencies within the State of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Brainz provides CNA, TMA, LPN and RN staff placements in a per diem or contract basis. Our nurses are rigorously screened to ensure they are qualified to work within healthcare facilities. To join our team, kindly complete our job application, submit your resume and a hiring manager will set up and appointment for an interview. Kindly bring along your state identification, social security card and a copy of your resume, Tuberculosis screening result. The interview process takes an estimated 30 minutes to an hour.

Our CNAs, LPNs and RNs must

• Have a passed DHS background check
• Must not be on the OIG exclusion list
• Be current on the Minnesota Board of Nursing or the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
• Be screened for Tuberculosis
• Have CPR which is mandatory for nurses and optional for CNAs
• Undergo Dementia training
• Immunization up to date – TB and hepatitis immunization.
• Full Identification – Presents social security, driver license, background checks are verified.
• References are check.
• Completed Application form.

Uniforms- Standard scrub, transfer belt, and nametag.
