  •  Licensed – Nursing boards quarterly is monitored for current license.
  •  CPR certified.
  • Immunization up to date – TB and hepatitis immunization.
  • Full Identification – Presents social security, driver license, background checks are verified.
  • References are check.
  • Completed Application form.
  • Uniforms- Standard scrub, transfer belt, and nametag.
