Providing Home Care Services for the Elderly Members of the Society in Minnesota

There is a significant need for quality home health care, social services and nurse staffing within the State of Minnesota and we believe in employing competent, well-educated and loving staff and providing them with dynamic leadership and round the clock service.

Incorporated in the State of Minnesota and licensed by Minnesota Department of Health to provide non-medical Home care services and supplemental nurse staffing. We offer a distinctive combination of non-medical home care services to individuals and families and In Home Nurse. We offer nursing services such as:

Personal Home Care services are offered to clients, who have experienced a loss in their ability to perform the activities of daily living ADLs. (ADLs include bathing, grooming dressing, transferring, using the toilet, eating, and ambulation/walking,). Such assistance may enable them to remain in a safe, clean and healthy home environment.

Homemaker service provided on an hourly basis offer practical assistance with routine household task related activities to enable a client to remain in a safe, clean and healthy home environment. Homemaking services may include: general household cleaning, planning and preparing meals, shopping for groceries or other items, running errands, laundry, ironing, changing bedding and assisting with management of household finances. Homemaker services do not include Chore Services or personal/hands-on care.

Companionship Services include non-medical care, companionship, conversation, medication reminding, socialization, and supervision. They may also include laundry, meal preparation and shopping, provided they are obtained as separate/distinct services. Light housekeeping duties, which are incidental to the well-being and supervision of the client, are performed. The services are provided on an hourly, day time, overnight, weekly or on a live-in basis with the goal to assist individual to live in the comfort of their own home.

Non-Medical Home Care services designed to assist older people to live independently in their own home by helping them with the tasks of everyday living. These services are non-medical in nature and are delivered by qualified personnel and are sensitive to the unique needs of the client and community. Home Care Services are provided for a few hours a day, a few days a week or 24 hours a day. Non-Medical Home Care Services may include personal care services, Homemaker Services, Companionship Services, Caregiver respite services and intermittent Chores.
